Q: Have any Dr. Fresh products been using diethylene glycol or other harmful ingredients?
A: All Dr. Fresh products are completely safe for use. They do not contain 'diethylene glycol' chemical that has been alerted by the FDA as unsafe for human usage.
Q: Does the Firefly have a battery? How long does the Firefly battery last? Is the battery replaceable?
A: Firefly toothbrushes contain three lithium batteries. The battery is not replaceable, however you will most likely wear the bristles out through normal brushing over a 3 month period before the battery dies.
Q: What if the plastic breaks on my Float'n Firefly? Is it just water inside?
A: It is water inside the toothbrush, however, dispose of the toothbrush as to alleviate any chance of harm to anyone.
Q: Can I reuse the Firefly Baby Wipes container when the wipes are done?
A: It is recommended you reuse the Firefly container with baby wipes refills only. You should not put foodstuffs,medications or liquids in the container.

Q: Will my Disney thermometer give me a better read if I keep it in longer?
A: The 10 seconds needed to gauge a temperature should be enough.

Q: Do Flushaway pads really flush without clogging my toilet?
A: Flushaway is created with a specially treated film that breaks down fibers upon contact with water.
Q: Are they environmentally safe? A: Flushaway is 100% bio-degradable and also safe for septic tanks.
WHITENING
Q: Can I use Absolute White on dentures? Braces?
A: The formulation works on natural teeth only. You should wait until braces are removed.
Q: When is the best time to apply Absolute White?
A: Absolute White is effective after brushing any time day or night. You should avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after application for optimal results.
Q: Will my teeth get whiter if I keep 5 Minute Whitening on for more than five minutes?
A: No, the formulation is made with peroxide that diminishes with time. The 5 minute duration will give you the best results.
Q: I didn't use all of the 5 Minute Whitening gel. Can I save it and the mouth tray for another time?
A: Yes. The mouth tray can be used over and over again. You can use the gel until finished.
